Exciting Events on the Road Ahead

Start of Construction – This is the moment when your new community breaks ground and construction on your new home begins. We’ll keep you posted on developments leading up to this landmark event and beyond.

Structural Meeting – At this meeting, you will meet with your own professional consultant who will discuss structural changes that you can make to your new home. The changes can include adding/removing walls, adding powder rooms, and making other approved adjustments to the floor plan. All structural changes must be approved by our architects before they can be finalized.

Colour Selection Meeting – At this meeting, you will meet with a professional consultant who will guide you through the process of customizing your home. You will be able to select the finishes for your floors, cabinets, countertops and more.

Progress of Construction – We know how important it is to keep you informed on the progress of construction so we will send out updates on a regular basis so that you can be a part of this exciting process and your new home takes shape.

Pre-Delivery Inspection – When your condominium is almost complete a representative will take you through a comprehensive walk through of your suite and make note of anything that might need correcting. This time will also be used to introduce you to the mechanicals of your new home including the heating and cooling systems and appliances.

Interim Closing Date - This is when your condominium is ready for occupancy and you receive your keys. Most of the work here will be taken care of by your lawyer.

Move In - You can schedule your move-in on your interim closing date, or a day or two later at your convenience. It’s entirely up to you.

Final Closing - This is when you officially take title of your property. The final closing typically happens within 6-8 weeks of the condominium being registered. If you have questions about any of these major events, simply send us an email and we would be happy to assist you.
